When she is not in the public eye, the Duchess of Cambridge is one of the most private of people, not revealing the slightest detail of her personal life unless she absolutely has to.

It does, therefore, make the question all the more intriguing: did she, on a visit to Grimsby yesterday, accidentally reveal to a total stranger the sex of her unborn child? (It’s a girl, by the way. Probably).
