The Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) of the European Parliament is organising on 19 February 2020 a Hearing on the Implementation of the Dublin III Regulation.

The hearing takes place in the context of the Parliament's implementation report on the Dublin III Regulation, of which the draft will be presented in the LIBE Committee this spring. The Hearing is organised to contribute to the fact finding for the report. The report has the objective to support the work of the Parliament with regard to the Commission's New Pact on Migration and Asylum to be presented equally this spring. The list of speakers will include EU institution representatives, national authorities as well as NGOs.
