Emotions, art, clouds and green giants – this summer at Amos Rex you’ll see three lovely and new exhibitions. I feel, for now presents more than 100 works from Amos Rex’s collections, and it takes us through the art into emotions – from isolation to empathy, from ecstasy to nostalgia. The Cloud of Un/knowing, a studio exhibition by Josefina Nelimarkka, explores clouds and their essence as part of the Earth’s hydrological cycle. In Nelimarkka’s artworks, real-time weather data is transformed into light, sound and digital water droplets. Also, while you are around, swing by Lasipalatsi Square to meet Kim Simonsson’s green Moss Giants, who have laid down temporary roots there.
See you at the museum!
