Lindsay Lohan had another dramatic night Sunday, this time visiting a Manhattan emergency room for a chest infection.

The “Mean Girls” star visited Mt. Sinai hospital and left with some antibiotics, her dad confirmed.

“She’s fine, but she had a bad case of asthma as a kid, so she has to take these things seriously,” Michael Lohan told the Daily News. “When she was a kid, we almost lost her a couple of times because of the asthma.”

He said the lung infection has been bugging LiLo for weeks and even delayed her recent trip to New York from California.

Unidentifed sources told TMZ.com that Lohan suspected she had “walking pneumonia.”

The medical scare follows days after a Manhattan cook claimed Lohan was “slurring” and “smelled of alcohol” when she allegedly bumped him with a Porsche in a driveway between the Maritime and Dream hotels in Chelsea.

Lohan was later charged with leaving the scene of an accident, though no alcohol test was done.

Video surveillance calls the cook’s story into question, showing him racing after Lohan’s car, though he later claimed to be seriously injured.

Lohan maintains she wasn’t under the influence — and she’s now considering a lawsuit against the cook, Jose Rodriguez.

“She’s absolutely suing,” Michael Lohan told The News Monday. “You have to put your foot down to people doing this to you. I mean, come on. This guy has a brace on but went running down the ramp after her?”

Lohan remains on probation in her necklace theft case, so any criminal charges in New York could trigger more jail time for the star of the forthcoming film, “Liz & Dick.”

Lohan’s rep declined to comment.
