Gino D'Acampo has hit back at trolls who claimed he was 'weird' for sharing a photo of himself cuddling and kissing his seven-year-old daughter Mia in bed.

The TV chef, 43, took to Twitter to share a video while snuggled up with his little girl, insisting those that were uncomfortable with the original snap which was taken in November were in fact the 'weird' ones.

Sharing the clip on Monday, Gino said: 'Last time I put a picture of me and you in bed giving kisses and cuddles a lot of people they thought it was weird.'

'I thought it was nice, because we were cuddling and I love you so much.'

Mia questioned: 'Why did they think it was weird?'

He told her: 'I don't know, they are the weird ones, nothing wrong with daughter and daddy cuddling in bed right?' What shall we say to these weird people?'

However Gino was left open-mouthed when his daughter responds by flicking her middle finger to the camera and he shouts: 'Mummy's going to kill you!

Fans of the television personality recently rushed to his defence when he posted an innocent photograph of himself cuddling his daughter in bed.

The This Morning star captioned the sweet snap: 'Morning cuddles with my little Mia, best feeling in the world.......GDx'.

Although many of Gino's followers praised the sweet snap, some shockingly branded the photograph as 'creepy'.

One person wrote: 'Why post this pic for the world to see? Your daughter looks topless, you don't know who is seeing this ..... especially she have to go to school, be sensible! IM OUT!'

And a third chimed in with: 'Gino I Luv you but this picture is creepy with your daughter in bed.'

However most of his followers defended him - one retorted: 'Nothing wrong with daddy daughter photos'.

Another said: 'Why do some people have to make this picture look like something bad?! This is a father that loves his daughter having morning cuddles'.
