Injury update | Kalajdzic, Jimenez and Chiquinho

The Wolves medical team provided the following update on injured trio Sasa Kalajdzic, Raul Jimenez and Chiquinho.

Sasa underwent a knee operation on Tuesday 6th September after injuring his anterior cruciate ligament in the match against Southampton. The surgery went well, and he is in the early stages of rehabilitation. Typically, players return at around nine months after surgery for an injury like his.

Chiquinho is making good progress after his knee surgery. His injury was in July but also involved other knee ligaments, so his rehab is expected to take longer. We are looking to have him back during next pre-season.

Raul is unavailable due to a groin/adductor issue. He is rehabilitating with the medical team, and we are expecting this to take a few weeks. He is joining up with the Mexican team for the first week of the international break, but only to continue with his rehabilitation plan.
